UAE Labour Law entitles employees to end-of-service gratuity of 21 days pay per year for the first 5 years, and 30 days per year thereafter, up to a maximum of 2 years total salary.
Is WPS mandatory for all UAE companies?+
Yes. All UAE companies must register with WPS and pay salaries through it. Non-compliance can result in license suspension and fines.
What are the UAE leave entitlements?+
UAE Labour Law provides: 30 calendar days annual leave (after 1 year), 90 days sick leave, and various other entitlements under the new Federal Decree Law 33 of 2021.
